Caroline Hillegeer

Caroline Hillegeer is Chief Commercial Officer Hydrogen at ENGIE. In her role she develops Green Hydrogen solutions for large industrial customers around the world.

Prior to her current assignment Caroline was in charge of Business Development at ENGIE Fab, the innovation factory of ENGIE. She developed disruptive large scale new businesses in an entrepreneurial fashion anticipating technologies of tomorrow. She held different transformational roles in Research and Technology as well as in Strategy for the International Businesses. She also held different management positions in Marketing & Sales where she was instrumental for the transformation of the activities of ENGIE in Europe following the liberalization of the energy market.

Caroline holds a Master Degree of Business Administration and Technology from HEC Brussels (Belgium) complemented with management degrees from Universities around the world.
