Dennis has practised as a solicitor, Chartered Accountant and corporate advisor on equity markets and mergers and acquisitions for over 20 years. He is now the Co-founder and Managing Partner of TAKE Global,a boutique strategic advisory firm focused on climate action, supporting business ventures paving the way towards a zero-carbon future. Dennis is the Chair of Biomass ProjectsPty Ltd, the world’s leading biomass carbon removal developer,transforming Western Australia’s largest weed infestation into carbon-capturing biochar. Theambitious project will build the world’s largest biocharproduction facility on-site, pyrolysing 10.5 million tonnes of biomass over 20 years,resulting in 10.2 million tonnes of CO2removal.Dennis is also the Chair of Synertec Corporation (ASX: SOP). During his involvement on the Board, Synertec successfully developed a carbon transition technology solution, and the company delivered >10 times return for shareholders.
