Energy Transition Leader


Kellie is an experienced energy and sustainability professional with over 25 years’ experience managing complex private and public sector projects in Australasia. Based in Brisbane, she is committed to helping our clients across a range of industries respond the energy transition challenge. Her strong background in strategy, planning and approvals and delivery of large infrastructure initiatives, and focus on sustainability and low carbon economy transition,places her at the forefront of the energy sector’s transformation. Kellie is currently working with the Australian Government and CSIRO on the National Hydrogen Strategy refresh building upon her work with the New Zealand, Australian, New South Wales and Queensland Governments on sectoral decarbonisation and energy transition strategy.Kellie has a passion for supporting our regions transition to prosperous low-carbon economies. Notable projects include the Queensland Government’s Decarbonisation of the Great Barrier Reef Islands program supporting local and indigenous communities to a more resilient future; and the Gladstone Net Zero Ecosystem Design Study supporting hydrogen proponents of the Central Queensland Hydrogen Ecosystem to demonstrate the value of integrated planning in supporting a clean energy economy for Gladstone. Kellie is also supporting the energy sector to find new opportunities for fossil fuel assets, including coal and gas fired power station sites. Working with our economics, climate services and planning team, she helps asset owners through the initial planning stages, tackling uncertainty, and clarifying their purpose for businesses and communities.
