Kellie is a seasoned C-Suite professional, having headed the VRM Biologik Group through its 10-year evolution from small business to global corporation. Her extensive experience in business strategy development and operational management across China, Oceania, the United States and southeast Asia, makes Kellie uniquely qualified in the establishment and management of international organisations operating in the sustainability space.
With an academic background in chemistry, sustainability and business, Kellie also combines technical proficiency with strategic expertise to influence global policy implementation in the areas of soil restoration, food security and climate impact mitigation.
In order to pursue her broader professional interests, Kellie co-founded Nirrwara Global – a First Nations project management company specialising in delivering credit-based and offset programs to help corporations meet their ESG goals. She is also currently working on the establishment of a number of startups in the regenerative agriculture sector and has recently stepped into the CEO role at Regen Hubs International.
Kellie is presently a Director of the environmental not-for-profit organisation Carbon8 and is undertaking her Doctorate in Business Administration, specialising in Regenerative Business in the Food System.
